At first glance, it may not seem like such a great price as our client picked up this unit on the 32nd floor for around $1,000 PSF and without parking but it did come with a locker.

And although not the largest unit by any stretch (under 600 sqft) it does function quite nicely with an extra den which could be used as a small bedroom but more likely more as an office or playroom for the little ones. This unit is just oozing with style and design as you can tell from the photos and in a newer building (less than 2 years), our buyer of this condo should see the amazing benefits of appreciation once the Eglinton Crosstown LRT completes and becomes fully functioning - whenever that may be!

In the span of several months, similar units have sold for considerably more with prices going as high as $630,000 while our client picked his up for $580,000 - not bad for simply making the move a few months earlier before things really started to pickup here in the Toronto Region.

Like we said, timing and luck plays a really big part in Real Estate Success here in the GTA but smart and fast decision-making also makes a difference too as months could literally either make you or cost your tens of thousands of dollars more.
