Established in 2017, we have always put a focus and emphasis on growth and improvement and trying to build a winning and exciting culture where our salespeople are constantly growing, trying to be better and pushing the envelope when it comes to marketing, content, sales, personal development and even community support and activism.

In essence, we are so much more than just a place to park your real estate licence. We live in an age of real estate in Toronto where charging less, doing less and have poor relationships with clients is commonplace and while I won’t name any names or specific companies where the focus is on quantity and volume, we still like the idea of finding, keeping and taking care of the few clients and their circles really really well. It’s our culture, it’s our philosophy and our ethos and we really try to live it every single day. Quality over quantity.
